How to Make Chinese-style walnut shrimp

Do you enjoy the delicious walnut shrimp from your local Chinese food restaurant? Make it at home in medium-difficulty recipe. Make sure you're comfortable with frying things in oil first, you don't want to get splattered in the face!

Ingredients:

1 pound large shrimp/prawns

4 egg whites

2/3 cup rice flour

3 Tablespoons water if needed

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 Tablespoon sweetened condensed milk

2 Tablespoons honey

2/3 cup sugar

1 cup water

1/2 cup walnuts or more
